Taylors Eye Witness Henley 5pc Bamboo Knife Block Set With Detachable Knife 3 Stage Knife Sharpener.

The Henley bamboo knife block holds five kitchen knives and a practical integrated 3 stage sharpener to maintain your blades.

Each of the five full tang knives has a hollow ground blade for an extremely sharp blade The handles are ergonomic making them easy to hold and bolsters help to protect your fingers while chopping.

We recommend to hand wash only. Do not put them in a dishwasher.

Set includes:

  • 9cm Paring Knife; for peeling, and removal of seeds from fruit and vegetables.

  • 12cm All Purpose Knife; a versatile knife to cut, slice & trim meat, vegetables.

  • 20cm Carving Knife; thinner than a chef’s knife, enabling it to carve cooked meat easily.

These knives are very sharp. Handle with care and store out of the reach of children. Use wooden or plastic chopping boards to avoid blunting the blade. Do not wait for the edges to go blunt, sharpen the blade edges regularly.

Look after your knives, and they will look after you.

We recommend washing the knives by hand, but do not clean using abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring powder. If you prefer to use a dishwasher, place in the top rack with the cutting edge pointing down. Do not place the blade in contact with other knives or cutlery in the dishwasher, as staining may occur. Avoid rinse and hold programmes and remove and hand dry as soon as the cycle is complete. To clean the wooden knife block, use a clean soft cloth and do not immerse the knife block in water.
